Paula Ann Miller began her career at Coopers & Lybrand, currently PwC, and has accumulated thirty years’ experience in financial consulting for law firms, CPA firms, and private industry. Ms. Miller founded P. A. Miller Consulting, Inc. (PAMC) in 1995 and continues to serve as President and CEO with offices in Houston and NYC. PAMC is a certified woman-owned business through the WBENC.
Ms. Miller has provided expert testimony in all types of litigation involving accounting reconstruction, forensic accounting, lost profit analysis, financial modeling, forensic investigations/audits/review and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), characterization of assets between community and separate property, valuation analysis, financial compliance with contract, merger and acquisition analysis, and claims preparation and review.
Ms. Miller graduated from the Owner President Management (OPM) Program at Harvard Business School. Prior to attending HBS, Ms. Miller graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and a Master of Science (MS) in Accounting and Tax. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Houston, earning a BS in Pre-Law and Criminal Justice.
Ms. Miller is a native Houstonian and has a passion for serving her community and Texas. As an appointee of Governor Rick Perry, she served on the Board of Directors (TBAE) for the State of Texas. During her term on the Board, she served on the Executive Committee, as Chair of the Budget Committee, a member of the Compensation Committee, acting board Secretary, and was selected as a Mediation Delegate for the State of Texas. As an active member of her alumni associations, Ms. Miller was elected to the Board of Directors for the Harvard Business School Club of Houston and served as President for The Woodlands Chapter. Growing up in Houston, she found a love for the Arts at a young age. She served on the Board of Trustees for the Houston Ballet, and on the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Finance Committee for the Alley Theatre.
Ms. Miller currently serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for BBVA, Board of Directors for the World Affairs Council, and Board of Directors for the Harvard University Club of Houston. She remains active and engaged in the Arts and her church community.
