Merit Badges for Scouts. Global Citizens in Scouting

The World Affairs Council of Greater Houston is proud to provide Merit Badge classes designed to improve civic engagement, arm Scouts with global awareness, and create well-rounded Eagle Scouts!

The Council’s education team is excited to offer three Scouting America Merit Badge programs, taught by counselors who are Eagle Scouts themselves. The badges are organized into three topic areas: citizenship, success, and sustainability.
