Lorenzo Simonelli was named Chairman of the Board in October 2017 and has been President and CEO since the Company’s creation in 2017, where he oversaw the successful merger of GE Oil & Gas with Baker Hughes Inc. Since 2013, he served as President and CEO of GE Oil & Gas.

DR. SINDA K. VANDERPOOL
President, University of St. Thomas
Dr. Sinda K. Vanderpool became the 10th President of the University of St. Thomas in 2025, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience in Catholic and Christian higher education. Prior to her appointment, she served as President and Vice-Chancellor of St. Mary’s University in Calgary, where she guided the institution through a period of growth and innovation.

CHARLIE JENKINS
Chief Executive Officer, Port Houston
Charlie Jenkins was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Port Houston in April 2024. In this role, he leads advocacy and stewardship of the Houston Ship Channel and port region, by far the nation’s busiest waterway and largest port. More than 200 public and private facilities conduct business alongside the Channel and together support nearly $1 trillion in annual economic value.
