Renowned immigration attorney Charles Foster will explore the role of immigration in shaping Houston’s future as a global city. With deep experience advising on immigration policies and a long-standing commitment to Houston’s connections with nations around the world, Foster will share his insights on why sustaining the city’s global ties and international outlook is vital for its longterm prosperity.

The discussion will cover pressing questions about how immigration policies and enforcement priorities can balance security, accountability, and compassion — including the need for sensible border enforcement and focusing resources where most Americans agree, such as addressing serious threats to public safety.

Through a lens shaped by decades of experience, this conversation will highlight how Houston can remain a welcoming, dynamic, and globally connected city for generations to come.
