Biography
Jahan joined the Council as Member Services Manager in July 2017. He serves as the Global Young Professionals Programs Manager at the Council now. Prior to the Council, Jahan has worked at the Asia Society Texas, the Literacy Council of Fort Bend, the City of Houston’s protocol office, and completed an internship with the U.S. Embassy in Manila. Jahan received his MLA in International Studies at the University of St. Thomas and his BS in Political Science at the University of Houston. He is also a part of the Born Global Community, which aims to serve first generation and native born tech startups, entrepreneurs and investors with a global mindset. His passion lies in helping others and learning about cultures and communities around the world. He is experienced in Farsi, French, & Cebuano.
