More than 25 years of experience serving a wide variety of domestic and multinational, and private and public companies in the energy, specifically oilfield services and power generation sectors, and manufacturing and distribution, and chemicals industries. Expertise covers a range of areas including financial statement audits, audits of internal controls over financial reporting, carve-out audits and accounting advisory work. Has served publicly held companies with reporting requirements to the SEC and has served as the engagement partner on numerous public equity and debt offerings.
