Phil DeLozier

Biography

Phil C. DeLozier is Executive Vice President, Business Development of EnerVest, Ltd.    Before joining EnerVest in 2006, he served as Vice President – Business Development of EOG Resources, Inc.  Prior to his employment with EOG Resources, Inc., DeLozier was Manager – Business Development of Tenneco Ventures Corp., Vice President – Land & Acquisitions of McCormick Resources, Inc. and held various leadership positions at Tenneco Oil E&P Co. from 1979 to 1996.  He served as President of the Petroleum Club of Houston during 2018 – 2019.  Phil served from 2007 – 2013 as Houston Regional Director and a member of the Board of Directors of the Independent Petroleum Association of America.  In June 2005 he received the IPAA Leadership Award for his industry contributions and in 2018 served as President of the Petroleum Club of Houston.  He currently serves on the boards of the World Affairs Council of Houston, where he was Chairman in 2007, and the Palmer Drug Abuse Program.  He is also an active member of the Houston Producers’ Forum, AIPN, AAPL, TIPRO, SPE Business Development Study Group and the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers.  DeLozier earned a Bachelors of Arts degree from Oklahoma State University.
