Biography
Phil DeLozier is a retired energy industry executive who served as Enervest, Ltd.’s Executive Vice President of Business Development from 2006 to 2023 and OG Resources, Inc.’s Vice President of Business Development from 1996 to 2006. Prior to these positions he served in leadership roles at McCormick Resources and Tenneco Oil E&P.from 1980 to 1996.
Phil serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Houston Producers’ Forum. In addition, he is an active member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America where he served as a board member from 2006 to 2013. Also, he is an active member of the Petroleum Club of Houston where he served as President in 2018. Phil earned his B. A. degree from Oklahoma State University.
