About The Speaker
Mr. Gabriel Volpi is The Dean of the Consular Corps of Houston. He took over his current position as the Consul General of Argentina in Houston on March 1, 2016, with jurisdiction over the States of Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and New Mexico. Mr. Volpi is Minister Plenipotentiary and prior to his current position, he served in different capacities in the United States, Tunisia and Peru, and several positions at the Ministry of Foreign Relations of Argentina.
