The Global Young Professionals joins the Georgetown Club of Houston at their end-of-year fiscal party. They have reserved a separate space at the vibey, breezy patio bar  at Winnie’s Sandwiches & Cocktails in Midtown.  This FREE event, which includes food and drinks, has been graciously sponsored by  Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

Chef Graham Laborde, owner of Winnie’s, is preparing many delicious surprises and refreshing beverages for us. Chef Laborde comes from a family of Hoyas, and before going to culinary school, he attended Georgetown.

School Supply Drive:  We are going to host a school supply drive so please feel free to bring supplies to support students at a local school.

Address & Parking: Winnie’s is located at 3622 Main Street Suite A, Houston, TX 77002. It sits right across from the METRORail station “Ensemble/HCC.” Adjacent to Winnie’s is the parking garage with the address of 3550-3700 Main St, Houston, TX 77002 (the garage has entrances on Holman and Travis). If you take an Uber, Lyft or other ride service, there are drop off locations in the area.
