About Dr. Amanda Rico: “I started my career editing book manuscripts for professors on their path to tenure and helping colleagues shift their C.V.s to resumes while also publishing scholarly articles of my own. After graduating with a Ph.D. in English, I transitioned from academia to the nonprofit and higher education sectors, where I honed my skills in resume & LinkedIn profile building, proposal revision, website proofreading, grant research, novel manuscript review, and a wide variety of editing.”
