This once-in-a-lifetime hike up Africa’s famous Mount Kilimanjaro is an empowering and uplifting journey for travelers and hikers of all ages.

We will approach the legendary Kilimanjaro from the southwest and hike the popular Machame Route in seven nights. This timeframe allows for plenty of acclimatization time and a better chance of reaching the summit, the ultimate goal! Lush rainforest and Alpine moorland characterize this challenging trek.  A private vehicle will take you to and from the mountain but the accommodations on the mountain on this ‘Basic’ category trip will be in tented camps – a true adventure!
