Biography
Ken Rice has more than 20 years of professional experience in commercial and legal roles with companies in the energy sector and cash logistics industry. Ken currently serves as Vice President of Legal Services at Loomis Armored US, LLC, the American subsidiary of Swedish- based global cash logistics and transportation company, Loomis AB. At Loomis, Ken manages the legal department, which oversees all company transactions. Prior to joining Loomis, Ken worked as a Business Development Manager and Commercial Advisor at ExxonMobil, where he negotiated the acquisition and divestment of upstream assets for domestic and international projects. Before his tenure at ExxonMobil, Ken worked at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in various roles. After a brief period as a Landman, Ken moved to Anadarko’s International Commercial Group, where he negotiated numerous international transactions and developed various international projects. Ken received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Houston and his Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. As a long-time member of the World Affairs Council, Ken sustains a passion for international relations and educating the community on global affairs.
